Restaurant Koefoed 

The Restaurant Koefoed, in the heart of Copenhagen, close tol Kgs. Nytår is owned by 2 young exiles of Bornholm, managed as a theme restaurant with food from Bornholm on the menu - and in the surroundings. As this place Michael and Marie Rønnebæk-Rørth create the most delicious menus based on local food from Bornholm. They do it so well that they were approved and included in the Michelinguide 2009. Culinary-Heritage of Bornholm has got an embassy in Copenhagen.
