Wędzarnia „Barbarka - „Escapada” Katarzyna Morawicz

Escapada The company was founded in 2009 as a trading company, and in 2012 was expanded production activity in the food industry, creating brand "smokehouse Rural Barbarka". This brand is registered as a trademark with the Patent Office.

The smoker is a limited production of small sausages located in the district of Konin in Barbarka, hence the name of our products. The mission of the company is to produce cured by traditional old Polish recipes. It is equipped with a traditional wood-fired smoking chambers and other equipment needed for the production of the behavior of the latest standards of sanitation.

Offer facility includes about 25 different products.
