One year more, the municipality of Vila de Cruces celebrates its Gastronomic Festival devoted to its most famous local product, the Farm Rooster. The presentation event took place at the Hotel Parador Reyes Católicos in Santiago de Compostela and guests could taste different recipes cooked with farm rooster.
