MARINATED TUNA WITH WEGETABLES

Preparation:
On olive oil cook onion and add garlic at the end. Pour white wine, vinegar and Prosecco. Add canned tomatoes, tomato sauce, rosemary, and little of fish broth. Put salt, pepper, add peas, carrots and paprika (all cut on size of pea grain). Add orange slice and continue to cook on lighter fire, slowly adding fish broth. The sauce should be thick.
Cook until the vegetables are cooked completely. Tuna cut into approx. 5dag pieces and grill it but not quite to the end. Before the end add tuna in sauce and boil it shortly. Finally add fresh parsley and sprinkle with olive oil. The sauce must ne sweet-sour. To make sure that all the flavors are well connected, it is necessary to leave the dish in the fridge overnight.
Chef's notice:
We recommend polenta as side dish, with this meal!

Ingredients for 4 persons:
- 0.70kg fresh tuna fillets;
- 0.20kg red, fresh paprika;
- 0.15kg of peas, carrots and almond;
- 0,.25kg of onion;
- 6limbs of garlic;
- 1slice of orange;
- 0.30kg of canned tomatoes;
- 1 spoon of tomato sauce;
- 0.07l of olive oil;
- 0.03l of vinegar;
- 0.06l of white wine;
- 0.06l Prosecco;
- pepper;
- salt;
- rosemary;
- parsley;
- 2pieces of bay leaf;
- fish broth.
