BRUJET EEL from Split-Dalmatia, Croatia

BRUJET EEL

Fry the onion in olive oil. Add the tomatoes and water,After a few minutes. Add the cleaned and sliced eel. Add hot peppers.,parsley,heather, vine and vinegar. Salt and cook about 10 minutes.Shake gently and never mix.
Ingredients:

1 1/2 kg of eel
1 1/2 dcl of mixed oil / olive and vegetable /
3 onions
3 spoons tomato concentrate or 2 dl tomato sals
1 spoon sweet paprika
1 bunch of parsley
1 heather
1 dl white wine
1/2 dcl vinegar
salt

3 spoon of tomatoes
1,1/2 dl mixed oil/olive and wegetable oil)
1 bunch parsley,
1 dcl white vine
1/2 ounces of vinegar
heather
salt to taste
