The farm is situated in the picturesque Wzgórza Ostrzeszowskie (Ostrzeszów Hills), the highest hills in Wielkopolska, with many walking and bicycle tracks, as well as nature reserves.
The farm specialises in the traditional cuisine of Wielkopolska. We cultivate local culinary traditions with the influence of neighbouring regions. Our dishes are prepared from products from local farms in which only natural production methods are used. Many dishes, in accordance with old recipes, are roasted in sabatnik (a kind of bread oven) and smoked in a chimney with juniper smoke or fruit trees’ smoke.
Our guests can have a taste of old regional soups (farmuszka, kalteszale – a soup made from beer and bread, or ajntopf – vegetable soup with meat), oat Ostrzeszów, goose with kasha, Ostrzeszów pâtés or potatoe dumplings.
The farm uses and serves only products entered on the List of Traditional Products of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
