Forest mushrooms soup with noodles

Heat up butter in the saucepan, add cleaned mushrooms and vegetables with chopped onion. Fry for 7 – 10 mins.
In bigger pot warm up the chicken broth and add gradually fried mushrooms with vegetables. Afterward add mixed cream with flour to the soup and boil it. Season with spices and boil for 5 – 10 mins.
Noodle pasta boil on salted water, drain.
Noodle put on the plate and pour soup on it, decorate with top leaves of parsley.

0,5 kg forest mushrooms
3 glasses of chicken broth
3 tablespoons cream 30%
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1 carrot
1 small parsley
1 small celery
1 onion
2 teaspoons chopped top leaves of parsley
spices: salt, pepper
20 dkg noodle pasta
