ZANDER WITH BACON AND TOMATO SAUCE LEMON BUTTER-

Fillet of the pikeperch purify and portioned, sprinkle with spices and fry on both sides with clarified butter. Bacon and tomato fry in a dry frying pan and put on fried fish. Finally pour the lemon butter sauce. Serve with the addition of potatoes zasmażanych and sauerkraut seasoned with leeks.
