Pig knuckle stewed in beer

Knuckles wash thoroughly and season, leave it in a cool place for 3-4 hours. Put them into baking dish and bake at 180 degrees C for 20 min., Then add diced vegetables and season with spices by your own taste, pour beer, cover with a lid and cook in the oven until softened.

We can served knuckle with cabbage and peas or bread.
Ingredients:
4 knuckles (front boneless)
4-5 carrots
1 parsley
½ of celery
0.5 liters of beer
Spices:
salt, black pepper, nutmeg, bay leaf, allspice, sweet pepper, marjoram
