"Łężnie" - potato dumplings with sauerkraut and mushroom

Take cooked and ground potatoes, add the potato flour, mined together. Prepare cake with the size of your hand, place the sauerkraut in the middle of the cake and forming in the hand shape of a donut. Dredge in bread crumbs and fry in deep oil simmer approx. 20 min. Serve with mushroom sauce. Enjoy your meal!
Ingredients:
Dough;
150 g of boiled potatoes
sauerkraut 50 g
10 g of butter
1 tablespoon of potato flour
Sauce:
mushrooms - 50 g
2 tablespoons of sour cream
100 ml of water
1 teaspoon of flour
