Fresh herring baked with honeydew honey

Cleaned herring (from the meat side) sprinkle with lemon and rubb with salt and pepper. Put in the fridge for one hour, so that the salt will penetrate the meat during this time. Than brush thoroughly with honeydew honey. Place the herring filets skin side down on the sheet and put in a preheated oven to 180 degree C. for 10 minutes.
Serve with black bread.
