Kołocz Śląski with baked apple and plum jam

Washed apple slice in half and core. Mix plum jam, honey, cinnamon, and use to fill the holes in the apples . Bake in the oven, serve the Kołacz Śląski on a plate sprinkled with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
Ingredients:
an apple
1and 1/2 tbs plum jam
1/2 teaspoons honey
cinnamon to taste
powdered sugar for decoration
a piece of Kołocz ślaski (Silesian cake)
