Salad with herring and potatoes

Herring drain and cut into pieces. Peel the onion, cut into slices, pour boiling water. Rinse dill, coarsely chop. Half a lemon, cut into slices and then into quarters.
Peel the potatoes and cut into thick slices or cubes, cook in salted boiling water, drain. Pour hot juice of half a lemon and 3 tablespoons of pumpkin seed oil. Pour the chopped dill and season with salt and pepper. Combine potatoes with onion and herring. Put on a platter, drizzle with oil and decorate with dill.
