APPLES in syrup

Wash apples, cut into 8 pieces, remove the seed slotS. Put into a saucepan, add 2 tablespoons of white wine, melted butter, sugar and spices. Cover and place in oven preheated to 180°C for 30 min. Then, put the apples into jars, screw and pasteurize in the oven at 100°C for 10 min.

8 apples
50 g of butter
0.4 kg of sugar
white wine
cinnamon
cloves
