SOUP WITH KONECKI CARP

Gut a fat carp and filet it.. Simmer the head and bones for 2 hours with spices and the vegetables cut into quarters. Cut the fillet into pieces, lightly season with salt, paprika. Set aside. After cooking and and draining the broth, throw pieces of fish into it and boil for 10-15 minutes. Mix the eggs and flour to make thick batter. Pour the batter over salted boiling water, forming small dumplings. Then gently drain the dumplings and serve them them with the fish broth.
Ingredients:
1 large konecki carp
5 large onions
3 carrots
2 parsley roots
1 celeriac
black pepper, paprika and salt to taste
2 eggs
flour
