PANCAKES WITH COTTAGE CHEESE

Pour the milk into a bowl add the eggs and flour. Mix with a robot until a consistency of cream. Add a little salt and sugar. Pour oil on the plate, heat the frying pan and spread oil with a brush. Pour a thin layer of the pastry on the pan and fry the pancakes.
Mix the cheese with vanilla sugar and caster sugar. Spread the mass on the pancakes and wrapped them into a tubes. You can use thick fruit preserve as a topping.

200 grams of flour
2 eggs
2 packs of cottage cheese
1 pkg. vanilla sugar
150 grams of caster sugar
salt
oil for frying
