For four generations now, the Klosterstüb'l in Eußerthal has been owned by our family. One thing that has never changed in all these years is that the guest is our top priority. To combine tradition and modern style is our motto, whether it is about food, drinks or ambiance.
Quality is the yardstick by which we measure ourselves and let us be measured by our guests. For the preparation of our food, we put a lot of emphasis on using high-quality local ingredients and from natural production sources. Preservatives or flavour enhancers, such as glutamate you will not find in our dishes. We focus on freshness and careful, gentle cooking processes as well as traditional recipes, like for our homemade noodles and dumplings, etc.
Our wines are chosen from winemakers from the region, whom we know personally.
