Welcome to our lovely guest house in Burgsvik on Gotland Storsudret!
Grå Gåsen is housed in a beautiful patrician villa with Italian style, built in 1850 by an Englishman named PG Thomson and his wife.
It combines the beautiful historic environment with carefully renovated rooms with high standard. We have 12 double rooms of varying sizes, each with its own toilet and shower. 8 of the rooms in the main building, the other four are in our annex. The shared living areas include a handsome dining-room and some smaller lounges.
We offer our guests a house where you can enjoy the peace combined with good food and beautiful surroundings.
Our food is characterized by the Gotlandic qualities; excellent local produce in balance with our conditions and our nature. We prefer to have all the ingredients from Gotland and adjust our menu after seasons and availability.
"Food should be good, tasty and nutritious," said Marias mother, so we do not complicate matters more than that!
The guest house offers full board in connection with the accommodation, and on Sundays during autumn, winter, spring we are open for Sunday dinners.
