The in-house canteen at Innovation Norway’s head office in Oslo daily serves lunch to 350 employees. In addition the kitchen serves the catering needs for in-house meetings and representations, as well as external happenings such as Taste of Norway, at home as well as abroad. The kitchen focuses on Norwegian ingredients produced locally, and emphasizes sourcing from local producers when the kitchen supplies food in other Norwegian regions outside of Oslo.
The main kitchen source staple foods from small-scale producers from all parts of Norway which are then handled by professional chefs in preparing all foods from scratch. We continuously strive to make new contacts, and welcome everyone to keep in touch.
