The cooperative is functioning since 1945 r. In the bakery we produce the bread on the natural acid, without artificial improvements, using a traditional and safe method of polyphasic fermentation. The assortment enclose over 30 products. Articles are baked in ceramic stoves. In production of bread we use materials coming from our region which is warranty of the unique taste. We employ 24 regular workers at present, we train school students in the baker craft. We possess own shops and the renewed carriage to transport of the bakery products which we bring our articles to the points of the sale.
