The farm of 27 ha area is located in the middle of the village of Marcinkowo near
Mrągowo. The pigs are breds (at present there are 60 sows of the Polish white lop-
-eared breed kept in the close cycle) and farm. The own grain crop for manufacture
of fodder. And we use our porker for manufacture of processed meat products such
as: smoked ham, sirloin, bacon, ham, smoked sausage, raw farm sausage, steamed
knuckle of pork, pate, brawn, black pudding and aspic. These products are based on the recipes of the owner’s grandmother. All the cold meat and sausages are smoked in a smokehouse using glossy buckthorn wood.
