"Romantyczna" in SPA Hotel Dr Irena Eris Wzgórza Dylewskie is a cozy and elegant restaurant with an open kitchen and excellent service. It is the first restaurant in Poland recommended 11 years ago by Slow Food Polska. It creates a unique opportunity to celebrate meals and discover real flavors of dishes prepared mainly from regional products and recommended by Slow Food. The quintessence of the author's card is the tasting menu prepared by the chef Łukasz Wojtas and the perfect wine pairing. The menu is dominated by venison, marine and freshwater fish, poultry and other species of birds, forgotten vegetables, like swede or salsify, Polish traditional cereal, homemade pasta. An interesting list of wines and recommended liqueurs is a complement to the menu. The restaurant is ideal for a romantic dinner, occasional small party, exquisite business meeting. In the yellow Gault & Millau guide for 2018, the restaurant was decorated with two chefs' hats.
