Pork-butcher’s business ‘Flis-Pol’ was founded in December 2011. The plant specializes in the production of traditional and natural meat products. Raw material, used in the production process, is carefully selected. It comes from a small, local slaughterhouse. Pickling salt, salt and spices such as: coriander, marjoram, cardamom, garlic, pepper, juniper, cumin, nutmeg are used for long-term process of curing. These ingredients provide cold meat a unique taste. Long process of natural smoking using alder and beech wood gives an amazing flavour.
