Cured meat from our plant is characterized by the smell of smoke from a wood-burning smokehouse, Polish pig meat and natural spices.
We love to rummage around the vast Polish cuisine by searching for and protecting from forgotten recipes of cold cuts used by our grandparents. In the simplicity lies the beauty say ... and we prove it to our sausages.
