For years, the canteen uses raw materials produced by local producers and farmers. Particular attention is paid to the fact that producers are members of the Network Certificate Culinary Heritage Warmia Mazury Powiśle. The products are delivered to school by: Młynomag Młyn Grodzki, Piekarnia Trzczak from Reszla. Meat and sausages are purchased at the local slaughterhouse. To improve the taste, only seasonings made of herbs, made by chefs, are used. The consumption of frozen products has been reduced. As a specialty of the school's cuisine are served: reszelski goulash, Masurian dumplings, stuffed cabbage with buckwheat, fish soup. During winter holidays and holidays, the school organizes sports, art and international exchange camps, providing participants with full board. The canteen prepares dishes for collective nutrition during the festivities, a harvest festival organized for the residents of Reszel and the surrounding area. From September, the canteen prepares about 400 dinners a day.
