The SMAŻALNIA PLUSKI restaurant is located by the lake in the town of Pluski. The kitchen is based on fish dishes. All dishes are prepared on the spot, from soups to salads or garlic sauce. Freshwater fish are obtained from local companies and prepared in a simple way - for example lightly sprinkled with flour and fried in rapeseed oil. Three types of fish soups are served here: delicate pike perch broth with vegetables, aromatic pike perch soup with tomatoes and fresh coriander, and tench tripe. The specialty of the facility are cabbage rolls with dill sauce, made of young cabbage leaves with delicate pike perch meat, or tench in cream and cucumber sauce. The Powiśle herring in cream with apple, in oil with onion, as well as herring salads with potatoes and beetroot are also served here. The facility operates seasonally.
