Lodziarnia OLSZEWSCY is a family business with roots dating back to 1954. The founder of the company was Antoni Olszewski. He started his work in 1954 with baking yeast rolls. A year later, he started producing the first traditional ice cream in the region. It based its production on goods from local farmers. Its recipes, adapted to the present day, are still used today. The entire assortment is manufactured based on traditional recipes passed down from generation to generation. To this day, all yeast pastries are made by hand. Products made of yeast dough are prepared according to traditional recipes. The ice cream is produced by the owner of the company, using seasonal fruit.
