DEGA Company was established on food processing market in 1992 by Emilia Modlińska, Krzysztof Modliński, Andrzej Borowski and Stanisław Obławski. Since 1999 the company has been employing disabled workers, since 2008 the company has been Public Limited Company. It employs about 200 workers; 40% of them are disabled.
We produce vegetable, meat and herring salads and other fish products: tinned fish, fish gelatin, fish marinades and fish in Greek sauce. Our portfolio includes over 170 products in different packaging. Our company’s products have been approved by consumers very quickly and they are sold by stores all over the country.
Thanks to a consistant development policy since 2004 we have been a company that complies with the conditions necessary to compete at The European Union market. In April 2011 our company obtained a positive result of a certification audit that confirms introduction and using The Integrated Quality Mangement System pursuant to the demands of Version 5 IFS and Version 5 BRC.
The obtained certificates guarantee our clients safe products of permanent highest quality.
The main reason for DEGA’s success on the market is constant dialogue with the clients, exchange of ideas and experience, realizing common enterprise. Additionally, it is the sophisticated taste of our products that are created by the company’s technologists as well as the careful choice of ingredients used in production. Polish companies, especially from our region, are the main suppliers of our company.
