We would like to offer you delicious pasta, which is made according to the traditional, homemade recipe. For its production we use only natural ingredients, such as flour pasta pine, 100% durum flour, wholemeal flour, flour or spelled flour organic (depending on the contract).
We always use fresh eggs from the hens barn. Thanks to its excellent quality, our product has already have a wide range of consumers. We do not add any dried eggs, not preservatives or any other unnatural ingredients.
The entire production of pasta is done in our factory handicrafts, where at the beginning we prepare the ingredients in the proportions of preconceived for the type of pasta dough. Then we disinfect eggs and stick them, so that we make sure that each egg used does not contain internal imperfections. In the further process, we combine all the ingredients and start kneading the dough until it gets a uniform consistency. Prepared dough is squeezed by matrices, which give it the desired shape. So prepared pasta after several hours of stay in the dryer delicious is ready. The final stage is packing.
