The story of Boisen Is`s ice cream is also the story about biologist Thorkil Boisen who almost 16 years ago cast his academic career to the wind to focus on making the best organic ice cream in the world instead. The taste is unforgettable! Enjoy this delicacy at the small ice cream café in the village of Snogebæk where you can also watch him make the ice cream using only the best organic ingredients: fresh milk from Bornholm cows, quality chocolate, coffee and cinnamon, as well as Bornholm apples, elderflowers, rhubarb, berries and honey –depending on seasonal availability.
