The nineteenth-century grange was created as an outcome of the passion of one man, Richard von Hardt, who made his vision of creating a unique and most modern farm in Europe realized. The same energy drives the current owners. Meticulously and with attention to detail, they restore splendour to historic buildings. In Folwark we may either experience aromatic herbs in the garden, taste dishes, have a glance at magnificent architecture. The dishes prepared in the restaurant Źrebięciarnia are prepared, among others, from harvestings from their own ecological farm.
