“Pella & Wacek W STODOLE” is a guesthouse situated 65 km from Poznań, surrounded by forests and Lake Kuźnickie. The guesthouse offers traditional menu based on home cuisine. “W Stodole” is a restaurant which specialises in:
• venison dishes (i.e. deer chops, roast wild boar or deer, roast wild boar in the so-called “wild stove” – a deciduous tree-burning stove)
• pork dishes (i.e. pork haunch roasted in a “wild stove”, chuck steak in herbs, roast pork loin stuffed with a Węgierka plum)
• venison pâté (wild boar pâté: with cranberry, nuts, plum, deer pâté with cranberry)

Traditional venison pâtés are made without preservatives, ingredients improving taste or artificial food colourings.
