The cuisine offered in Sucholeski Guesthouse combines traditional flavours with a hint of modernity. The restaurant menu includes both regional dishes as well as unique culinary proposals prepared for persons suffering from coeliac disease, phenylketonuria as well as for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
The specialities include regional soups (i.e. borscht, blood soup, sour rye soup), meat dishes made of geese, duck and rabbit meat. Moreover, the restaurant also serves the traditional pierogi and kopytka as well as steamed yeast dumplings. The meat is purchased from local producers from the vicinity of Jarocin, while the vegetables - from the regular suppliers from Wielkopolska.
