The Meat Processing Enterprise „By the Forest” is a family business, whose tradition has been passed for three generations now. The unique flavour of sausages, hams and white pudding is not only a matter of the right meat, but also of a traditional recipes.
The base of the good taste is the pork obtained from pigs grown on our farm. The herd is fed with fodder produced from our own grains. The cold meats are only made once a week, as their quality and our customers’ satisfaction are the most important factors in our activity. Following the same for years, unaltered recipe and using only natural spices and herbs guarantees the right taste.
Our leading product - radoszycka sausage – a kind smoked garlic pork sausage, has been awarded in a regional food competition.
