Piekarnia Ernest Noga

Ernest Noga Bakery was founded in 1963 in Mąchocice Kapitulne. In 2003, the then owner Stanisław Noga passed it onto his son Ernest, who continues to bake the bread, which is appreciated throughout the region. The bakery uses traditional methods of production of , without the use of preservatives. The specialty of the bakery is a sourdough bread, made according to the family recipe. The whole range of bakery includes the bread rolls, rye bread, multi-grain bread and semi-sweet buns, such as bagels or matzo.
