Having conducted its activities since 2009, Sadkiewicz Culinary Academy has also organised cooking workshop for good cuisine lovers, including adults, children and young people, vocational training as well as it has rendered catering services. Cooks in the Academy kitchen prepare dishes according to old Polish cuisine recipes and with the use of natural products, which are obtained from nearby ecological farms. Additions to dishes served include edible flowers and best herbs and spices. Sadkiewicz Culinary Academy specializes in baking of magnificent bread such as wholegrain mixed bread and in preparation of delicious dishes such as goose stewed in plum jam sauce of the Lower Vistula Valley or game pie. The Academy conducts its activities in excellent conditions. Its has a conference room, intimate dining room and kitchen, cold stores and smokehouses as well as special rooms for dressing of half carcasses. It is a also a place, where the Dr Russak and Dr Sadkiewicz Academy of Hunter’s Cuisine conducts its activities.
