Three years ago, Anna Alikhanyan founded her own roaster in downtown Bad Dürkheim: Anna's coffee roaster. A well thought-out concept from the purchase of hand-picked coffee beans by small producers or cooperatives from all over the world, the long-term roasting process to the particularly environmentally friendly packaging, ensures very high quality and a large, multifaceted range for the coffee lover. The bean must not be stored for a long time for the perfect aroma. Therefore, it is always fresh and roasted as needed. This is the only way to ensure consistently high quality.
The long-term roasting process takes about 27-30 minutes at Anna and is carried out at 160-180 degrees Celsius. During this gentle roasting process, the acid is broken down, which makes the coffee extremely digestible. Only about 2kg are processed per roast, it is a real craft and not only means a great deal of effort, but also requires a great deal of patience, flair and experience.
The coffee can be tasted and bought in the small shop in Bad Dürkheim, and the coffee is also available in the online shop. Anna also likes to share her knowledge in coffee seminars, training courses and workshops.
