The plant produces cold cuts out of meat of the highest quality, from the reliable, small agricultural farms from Grodzisk poviat in Wielkopolska. No dyes, fillers or other chemical substances are used during production. The production is based on manual work, in accordance with old recipes and traditions of Wielkopolska, while smoking the ham and cold cuts in alder or beech smoke is performed in smoke houses fired with wood from Puszcza Zielonka landscape park, giving a strong aroma. The cold cuts have a very distinct flavour, as they are spiced with natural mix of spices, i.e. pepper, marjoram, garlic, red pepper, juniper, caraway, coriander, which are prepared in the plant from the spices obtained from the reliable suppliers
The plant has 10 company stores within the whole country, with 5 of them located in Poznań.
These stores also offer products from other producers associated
in the Wielkopolska Network of Regional Culinary Heritage.
In 2011 the company received the highest mark for the white sausage
in the National Cold Cuts Contest “Easter – Holidays full of Meat – Polish Tradition” organized in 2011 and a certificate for the best producer of white sausage.
