Together with the members of our regional network, we went on a study visit to the Regional Network Heritage Culinary Split-Dalmatia in Croatia 14-18 May 2018. The first point on the Dalmatian culinary heritage trail was a meeting with the owner of the regional restaurant Tawerna Dalmacka Pasike, famous for promoting Dalmatian products and dishes.
