Traditionally, for the 27th time, our region will participate in the International Agricultural and Food Trade Grüne Woche (Green Week) in Berlin. The largest food, agriculture and gardening trade fair will be held from January 17 to 26. For ten days, over one and a half thousand exhibitors from around the world will present their offer on over one hundred thousand square meters of space.
The number of exhibitors and the number of visitors, as well as the fact that interest in it is constantly growing, testify to the rank of the event. Over 115 thousand producers are exhibited on 115 thousand square meters, 400 thousand visitors visit the stands. Food manufacturers from around the world meet in Berlin in January to promote their brands and test consumer tastes. Parallel to exhibitions, tastings and culinary shows, numerous agricultural and economic seminars and conferences take place.
The stand of our region (hall 11.2, stand 102) on the area of almost one hundred square meters will include the exhibition and promotion of traditional products and high-quality food, including sausage products, goose meat and dairy products.
At our stand, films promoting tourist and natural values of Kujawy and Pomerania will also be presented. Trade fair visitors will receive information materials with investment and economic offers as well as culinary and tourist attractions of the region.
Together with the members of our regional network, we went on a study visit to the Regional Network Heritage Culinary Split-Dalmatia in Croatia 14-18 May 2018. The first point on the Dalmatian culinary heritage trail was a meeting with the owner of the regional restaurant Tawerna Dalmacka Pasike, famous for promoting Dalmatian products and dishes. In a small organic dairy, Mate Bosnica, the owner talked about how the network helps his dairies to expand and advertise cheese among local gastronomy, as well as for export of this regional product. Serowar showed cheese productions and presented dairy products inscribed on the heritage list. We also watched "Dalmatyński Prsut" Ham Drying Room where it was emphasized how the operation in the network helps in obtaining quality meat and reduces the costs of participation in local gastronomic events. Radamonovych Mlinic group took part in the Soparnika making workshop, although undoubtedly one can say that Mirka Wilk did it as efficiently as if it were the basic product of her products.
A big event for us was participation in the ceremony of admission of new members of the Regional Network of Dalmatian-Dalmatian Culinary Heritage, meeting with the regional authorities and the European Coordinator, there was also a festive lunch on the occasion of the admission of new members of the ceremony could be seen on the Croatian TV.
Traditionally, now in its 23 our region took part in the International Fair of Agricultural and Food Grüne Woche (Green Week) in Berlin (15-24 January 2016.). and the companies belonging to the created in 2014 a cluster of cooperative Pantry Kujawsko-Pomeranian. For them it was an excellent opportunity to promote their products and test consumer tastes, as well as establishing business contacts, acquire new customers and enter new markets.
On the stand Region they were also presented culinary qualities and attractions of our region, as well as economic and investment conditions. Guests passed various leaflets, brochures and videos, as well as German-language edition of the newspaper "Kommerzblatt".

On 30 September to 2 October this year. We hosted members of a regional network of Culinary Heritage of Latgale from Latvia. They include Business members of a regional network of Culinary Heritage of Latgale owners of cafes, restaurants, fish farms, agritourism, manufacturers of herbs, owners of small breweries, holiday resorts and hotels. Latvian region of Latgale is owned by the European Network of Regional Culinary Heritage. During the visit Latvian partners visited:

Visited members of a regional network of Culinary Heritage Kujawy and Pomerania, together with representatives of local government in our province presented the idea of \u200b\u200bthe culinary heritage of our region. They shared their experiences with networking and presented their products. Visitors familiar with the offer of agritourism farms, manufacturing companies, savor the traditional products of our region. Viewed attractions of Torun and visited the castle in Golub - Dobrzyn. During the meetings, the guests learned about the current effects of the network, ie. The shares in fairs and exhibitions, study trips and the genesis of the creation in 2014 of a cooperative cluster Pantry Kujawsko - Pomeranian in the squad, which went mostly members of our regional network.
The Kujawsko-Pomorskie Region was the host of the Annual Forum of the European network of Regional Culinary Heritage, which took place on May 12 -14.

It was a great opportunity to meet colleagues from other regions of Europe and get new ideas from the study trips to local business members in Kujawy i Pomorze.
At the Annual Forum 2014 we focused on competences within our network and the importance of a well known and reliable trademark in todays world. The trademark of Culinary Heritage is represented by our selected producers and eating houses within the network.
As usual all of us have shared experiences and have given inspiration to each other. This will help us in our work to promote our regions and to lobby on a political level to increase the possibilities for businesses to serve people traditional and regional produced food of high quality.
