Sandwich with smoked salmon, Lingonberry & Horseradish Dressing

Mix all ingredients for the dressing

Spread cream cheese on the bread. Make the salad first and then dressing on the bread. Place the salmon in pink on the top of and garnish with pea shoots.

4 slices sourdough bread
cream cheese
250 grams of smoked salmon
Lettuce and pea shoots for garnish

2 dl mayonnaise
0.5 dl of sour cream
1 grated apple
100 grams lingonberry
1 tablespoon grated horseradish
½ finely chopped red onion
2 tablespoons honey
Salt and pepper
