Apple cake with fromage frais
Mix butter and sugar in a food processor. Add the eggs and flour and mix it into a smooth mass which is set to cool for 1 hour. Roll out the dough to fit in a roasting pan. Bake at 175 degrees for 10 minutes.
Peel approximately 7 apples and cut them into wedges. Turn apple boats in cinnamon and sugar before they are distributed on the sponge base.
Whip fromage frais, egg yolks, sugar and vanilla until you get a smooth mass. Then distribute it evenly over the apples. Let the cake bake in the oven at 175 degrees until the apples are tender.
Suffice to a roasting pan (about 15 pieces)
200 g butter
100g icing sugar
300 g flour
5 egg yolks
0.5 kg fromage frais
225 g of sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
