Boiled shrimp with fromage frais and warm bread

Boil 2 litres of water with chilli, shallot, garlic and lemon slices. Add the salt in the water so it tastes seawater. When the water boils add shrimp and remove the boiler from the hotplate. Let it soak for about 10 min. Then pour the water out and the shrimp are ready to be served.

Stir fromage frais together with chives, dill, mustard and ketchup, season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Served with warm bread.

1 kg fresh shrimp
½ bundle of dill
1 chili
2 chopped shallots
2 cloves garlic, sliced
2 lemons, sliced
2 liters of water
½ liter fromage frais
1 bundle chopped chives
½ bundle chopped dill
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
Salt and pepper
