Potato soup with topping

Sizzle bacon, onion and garlic in a
saucepan. Add peeled potatoes in
pieces, and pour on the power. Boil until
the potatoes are tender. Run the mixture
smooth with a food processor.
Add cream. Season with salt
and pepper.

Use fromage frais as a topping for the soup.

Serves 6-7 people

700 g potatoes
1 Bulb onion
2 cloves of garlic
100 g of bacon
1.5L chicken power
4 dl cream
Salt and pepper
