Strawberries with fromage frais with roasted white chocolate
Mix the crème fraiche to a solid consistency with icing sugar, using a whisk and add fromage frais.
Toss together and serve with for example strawberries. Roast the chocolate whole in an oven until golden at 180c. Let cool and break into bits – or crush to a powdery consistency. Sprinkle and enjoy.

500g sliced strawberry
100g white chocolate
Cream of fromage frais:
2dl crème fraiche
30g icing sugar
3 dl fromage frais.
