ELKBURGER (MOOSEBURGER) - GARNISHED WITH BACON FROM "HAPPY PIGS", PORTOBELLO MUSHROOMS, ONIONS AND CRANBERRY CREAM.
Brown butter in a frying pan and fry the bacon until crispy. Fry the mooseburger in the same pan while you whip the cream and stir in the cranberries. Place the burger on the bread with lettuce, and place the burger and the mushroom on top – like a lid. Add your desired amount of cranberry cream and garnish with lettuce and fresh herbs.

Cranberry cream (3 parts double cream, 1 part cranberry jam)
