Us a food processor to mix biscuits, sugar and melted butter. Press dough into two ring forms. Distribute the curd evenly over the sponge base. Bake at 110 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

400g fromage frais
4 eggs
200 g sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1 pk sweet biscuits
100 g sugar
50 g butter
