Baked eggs

Seal butter in a porcelain cup (or use a muffin tray) and add the slice of sausage in the bottom of the cup and dress with the cured ham on the sides. Add spinach and egg. Add sundried tomato and pepper on top. Bake at 180 ° C - 200 ° C (depending on the oven.) for about 20 minutes. Check if the egg whites have hardened. Allow the egg to cool in the cup, cut around the edge and tip the egg out the cup. Sprinkle some parmesan or other cheese and possibly some chives on top. Serve warm with for example bread, salad and pesto. This dish can be served directly on a coldtable or saladtable.
