Ice cream with birch taste
Boil milk and vanilla cream togheter with the birch bark until the milk gets a taste of birch.
Then sieve the content and put it in a fridge for 1 to 2 days.
After 1-2 days
Whip the yolks with sugar until it is fluffy. Boil "Birch milk" and add egg mass. Put the bowl in freezer. When you want to use the ice cream, send it trough a Pacojet machine to get the right consistency.
500 ml milk
300 ml vanilla cream
3 pieces egg yolks
130 g sugar
