Salt Baked Salmon
Cut the salmon fillet into bite pieces, put them in a form and salted with sea salt and freshly ground pepper. Bake the salmon in the oven at about 200 degrees until it feels finished. Serve with fresh seasonal vegetables.
Fry the peeled and chopped root vegetables and onion in a little oil. Pour in the cider, add the cream, herbs and fund. Let reduce, strain and possibly red. with cornstarch. Season with salt / pepper and ev. some more cider.

Ingredients for 4 people
Fresh salmon fillets and fresh vegetables in any amount
1 piece of carrot
1 piece of parsnip
1 piece of onion
4 cups cream (any fat content)
Salt and pepper
Fresh herbs and vegetable stock to taste
4 cups Kiviks Apple Cider
1/2 cup white wine
Garlic according to taste
