Our good apple soup with chicken
Peel and shred the root vegetables and onion.
Fry them in a little oil and add the cream, cider, wine, chicken stock and herbs.
Boil together, add the apple / curry chutney and season with salt / pepper and ev. little curry.
Then add the peeled apple slices.
Add finally the fried turkey meat.
Bring to a boil and serve with good bread.

1 piece of celeriac
2 tart apples
3/4 can of Kiviks Musteris apple / curry chutney
6 ounces cream
2 cups apple cider Kiviks Musteris (any variety)
1 cup white wine
Chicken Fund or chicken broth
Herbs to taste
